&1 PRZEDMIOT REGULAMINU

  1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and stay on the Hotel premises. They are an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card, in particular by making a reservation and/or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay at the Hotel. By performing the actions listed in the preceding sentence, the Guest confirms that he or she has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
  2. The regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of SkyHotel Gwarna
  3. The regulations are available for viewing at the reception desk in the main hall of the Hotel (ground floor).
  4. The hotel reception is responsible for the Guest.

&2 DOBA HOTELOWA

  1. A hotel room is rented for hotel days.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day.
  3. The Guest should notify the Guest immediately if he/she wishes to extend his/her stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival.
  4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the event of failure to pay in full for the current period of stay and in the event of failure to comply with the Regulations.
  5. Płatność za pobyt następuje w dniu przyjazdu. W przypadku potrzeby otrzymania faktury, Gość zobowiązany jest do podania pełnych danych do jej wystawienia w chwili dokonywania rozliczenia. W późniejszym terminie wystawienie faktury nie będzie możliwe.

&3 REZERWACJA I MELDUNEK

  1. Podstawą zameldowania Gościa jest okazanie w Recepcji dokumentu tożsamości z fotografią, wypełnienie oraz podpisanie karty meldunkowej.
  2. A hotel guest may not transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he or she paid the fee has not expired.
  3. Persons not registered at the Hotel may stay in the hotel room as guests between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
  4. The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the Regulations during a previous stay.
  5. If a room reservation is cancelled by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival or if the Guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date, the Hotel may charge the Guest for the first night of stay.
  6. If the Guest cancels their stay during the hotel day, the Hotel does not refund the fee for that day.
  7. The hotel accepts the following forms of payment: cash, card, BLIK and bank transfer.

&4 USŁUGI I USŁUGI DODATKOWE

  1. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
  2. In case of any complaints regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately to the Reception.
  3. The hotel is obliged to provide guests with:
    • conditions for complete and unrestricted relaxation,
    • security of stay, including protection of confidentiality of information about the Guest,
    • professional and courteous service,
    • cleaning the room and carrying out repairs while the Guest is present (in his absence only with his consent),
    • efficient technical service; in the event of faults – replacement of the room or mitigation of the inconvenience.
  4. Room cleaning is provided daily by 2:00 PM. If the "Do Not Disturb" sign is placed on the door before 2:00 PM, cleaning will not be provided for that day.
  5. At the Guest's request, the Hotel provides free of charge:
    • providing information related to your stay and travel,
    • wake-up call at a set time,
    • storage of money and valuables,
    • luggage storage,
    • ordering a taxi.

&5 ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ GOŚCI

  1. The hotel guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
  2. In the event of a breach of the Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide further services and order the guest to leave the facility.
  3. Each time a Guest leaves the room, he or she should turn off the TV and radio, turn off the lights, turn off the taps and close the door.
  4. The hotel has the right of lien on items brought by the Guest in the event of arrears in payments.
  5. A fee of PLN 50 is charged for losing a room card.
  6. The cost of repairing or replacing damaged items is determined individually and is charged to the Guest.
  7. Hotel zastrzega sobie prawo wstępu do pokoju Gościa w każdym czasie, w szczególności w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa, usunięcia awarii, wykonania niezbędnych czynności serwisowych lub sprzątających, a także w przypadku podejrzenia naruszenia Regulaminu.

&6 ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚĆ HOTELU

  1. Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to items brought by Guests, unless this obligation clearly results from the provisions of the Civil Code and the condition of depositing these items at the Reception has been met.
  2. The Guest is obliged to immediately report any faults, breakdowns or damage in the room to the Reception Desk.
  3. Any damage must be reported to the Reception Desk immediately.
  4. The hotel is responsible for valuables only if they have been deposited at the reception desk.
  5. The hotel may refuse to accept items of high value or large dimensions for deposit.
  6. The hotel is not responsible for guests' vehicles or any items left in them.

$7 ZWROT RZECZY POZOSTAWIONYCH

  1. Items left in the room will be secured by the Reception.
  2. If items are left in the room and the Guest wishes to retrieve them, they should arrange a courier at their own expense.
  3. The hotel stores items for 3 months, after which they become the property of the hotel.
  4. Artykuły spożywcze pozostawione w pokoju są utylizowane niezwłocznie.

 

&8 CISZA NOCNA

  1. The hotel has a quiet night time from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  2. It is prohibited to organize parties, social gatherings and other events that disturb the peace of other Guests, regardless of the time of day.

&9 REKLAMACJE

  1. Guests can submit complaints at the Reception Desk.
  2. Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing the violation.

&10 POSTANOWIENIA DODATKOWE

  1. Hotel akceptuje pobyt zwierząt. Zasady oraz wysokość opłaty ustalane są w recepcji.
  2. The hotel may refuse accommodation or accept a reservation for aggressive, intoxicated or drug-intoxicated persons.
  3. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Hotel except in designated areas.
  4. It is prohibited to store hazardous materials.
  5. The guest consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Act.
  6. It is prohibited to conduct solicitation, door-to-door sales and gambling activities.
  7. The guest will not cause excessive noise or spread unpleasant odors.
  8. No changes are allowed in the rooms other than minor rearrangement of furniture.
  9. Administratorem danych osobowych Gości jest Galeria Gwarna sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Legnicy, ul. Złotoryjska 30, 59-220 Legnica. Dane osobowe przetwarzane są zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. („RODO”) w celu realizacji umowy o świadczenie usług hotelowych. Szczegółowe zasady dotyczące ochrony danych osobowych określa Polityka Prywatności dostępna w recepcji Hotelu oraz na stronie internetowej.
  10. Hotel dokłada szczególnej staranności w zakresie ochrony danych i prywatności małoletnich. Rezerwacji i meldunku osób poniżej 18. roku życia mogą dokonać wyłącznie ich rodzice lub opiekunowie prawni.

&11 POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

  1. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem mają zastosowanie przepisy Kodeksu cywilnego oraz inne powszechnie obowiązujące przepisy prawa polskiego.
